Impending snow shuts Tyntesfield

NATIONAL Trust property Tyntesfield was forced to close this afternoon because snow has been forecast.

The popular site in Wraxall, North Somerset will re-open again as soon as safely possible.

A spokesman for the National Trust said: "As always, visitors unsure of weather conditions are advised to phone ahead to check conditions but many places are able to stay open during the current freeze."
