Howard Marks to speak at Full Moon event
WELSH author and former drug smuggler Howard Marks is set to speak at the Full Moon on Stokes Croft this Thursday.
Mr Marks, who shot to notoriety as an international cannabis smuggler in the 1980s, will take part in Phantom Laundry - a night of performance, spoken word, music and poetry.
