Please could anyone let me know if there is one law for the strong, and one law for the small and weak?You see, Yate Town Council has two large useless trees growing just outside my back garden and for years I have complained about the branches hanging over my garden. The autumn leaves from these trees make a mess; I'm a 79-year-old man and I have to clear up every year. In summer, those branches stop the sun from drying my washing. The council doesn't take a blind bit of notice of me. I am sure someone could help me tackle them.
