Typical examples of marine litter include rubbish from beach users, sewage-related debris, waste from commercial shipping, nets and fish boxes from fishing vessels and medical waste.
SAS will provide bin bags and antibacterial handwash and there will be a certain amount of heavy duty gloves at each clean although volunteers are encouraged to bring their own where possible.
