Hatton is returning to Bristol
Ricky 'The Hitman' Hatton has given Bristol boxing a major shot in the arm by agreeing a spring return to the city.
The world light welterweight champion, who staged a hugely successful dinner show at the city's Marriott Hotel last month, has announced plans for an even bigger promotion at the same venue on Saturday, March 14.

And 'The Hitman' will be present in person to ensure the success of his latest venture in the West.
Mancunian Hatton will work closely with local promoter Jane Couch to stage an eight-fight card, which will feature rising Bristol star Danny Butler as the main event.
Former women's world champion Couch confirmed: "We've agreed a deal with Hatton promotions and Ricky will be back at the Marriott on March 14.
"It will be one of his last public appearances before he fights Manny Pacquia in Las Vegas on May 2 and we reckon the show will sell out within hours of tickets going on sale."
Couch explained: "We've decided to stage an open show this time and there will be eight fights with Danny topping the bill.
"There will be a special VIP event at the Marriott in the afternoon, which will involve Ricky giving an after dinner speech. Then we'll put the show on in the evening for those who want to see the boxing.
"It's different from our usual format, but we're confident it will be popular with the Bristol public."
Hatton wowed a packed audience when promoting at the Marriott on December 20 and the March 14 date is expected to sell out quickly.
Couch said: "Ricky's first show in Bristol was a big success and he promised to return and do it again. He's one of the biggest names in boxing throughout the world and we're very fortunate to be able to work with him like this.
"His name will ensure the show sells out and it's a fantastic lift to all our boxers who will appear on the bill."
A semi-finalist in the Sky-televised Prizefighter Series in November, Butler will defend his British Masters super middleweight title against a selected opponent.
Spaniorum Farm Gym stablemates Pete Leworthy and Martin Robbins are also expected to feature on the card.
