AFC Hartcliffe Reserves closed the gap on Premier Division leaders Stapleton, who were on GFA Premier Cup duty, with a 7-0 romp at Long Ashton A. Sam Shaw hit four goals and Reece Harris, Elton Hosloj and Rich Wisley completed the rout.

Mark Read, Aaron Latham and Steve Carroll earned Broad Plain A a 3-1 home win against Cutters Friday A, while Golden Hill A won 4-3 at home to Wanderers Reserves in the only Division A fixture thanks to James Rennick, Elliot Etheridge, Chris Lucloy and an own goal. Ryan Jones (2) and Greg Georgiou replied for the visitors.

Warmley have resigned from the Premier Division but will continue to field a team in Division I, while referees secretary Tony Lidbury has stood down because of work commitments. Anyone interested in replacing him should contact Dave Webb on 0117 9660574.
