Hanham keep the pressure on Lebeq
PREMIER Division leaders LebeqTavern Courage picked up another three points with a 7-1 win at Golden Hill Sunday, while second-placed Hanham Sunday kept up the pressure by beating Shireway Sports 6-3.
Daine O'Connor and Lamar Williams both netted twice for Hanham, who trail Lebeq by three points. Realm Wilson and Christian Miller completed their tally.
Lebeq Tavern Reserves matched their first team by also winning 7-1 at Salmon Solutions in Division I.
Joe Power struck an 89th-minute winner to give White Tree a dramatic 4-3 victory at home to DKL Sports.
Jack Payne, Mark Wright and Ross Hamilton got their other goals, with Nick Stewart, Jordan hart and Dave Broddy on target for DKL.
Fellowship also picked up three points with a convincing 5-2 away win at Wizard Wanderers, while Ashley Hawkins (2), Karim Rendall, Ollie Balll and Brian Dean shot Easton Cowboys to a 5-0 victory at Longreach Athletic.
Goals from Steve Alexander and Chris Taylor gave AFC Redland a 2-0 win at The Anchor.
Northville Athletic came out on top of an 11-goal thriller at home to Avon Plate in Division II.
Athletic ran out 8-3 winners thanks to a fantastic double hat-trick from Chris Miser, and goals from Paul Woodrow and Noel O'Loughlain.
Merryweather OB's also hit eight as they overcame Signal Generals 8-0. Ben Hiscocks, James Stevens and Matty Steadman all bagged two apiece, and Dan Dorrington and Ben Gordon were also on the mark.
Leaders Bristol 5 won 6-2 at Marcliff, while Harvester thrashed Longreach Athletic Reserves 6-1 with four goals by Rob Martin and strikes from Jason Hawkins and Mark Clayton.
Fishponds Old Boys Sunday won 4-1 away at Shireway Sports Reserves.
BAWA scored eight without reply at home to Masonic Sports in Division III.

The Squire secured three points after a 2-1 win at Warwick. Goals from Dave Fennel and Ross Davey cancelled out Glen Callaghan's strike for Warwick.
