Hanham tandem crash: Police given more time to question suspect
Police officers questioning a 38-year-old man on suspicion of death by dangerous driving have been granted more time to quiz him.
A 35-year-old woman who was also arrested has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.

Both were arrested following a fatal road traffic collision with a tandem bicycle on the Lower Hanham Road at around 4pm on Sunday.
Married couple 34-year-old Ross Simons and 30-year-old Clare Simons, who were on the bike, both died at the scene of the incident as a result of the injuries they sustained following the collision.

House to house enquiries continue and officers continue to appeal to anyone who witnessed this collision, or anyone who saw a blue Citroën Picasso in the area shortly before, to contact them on 101.
