Greenbank Cemetery needs tidying up just as Arnos Vale has been.
HAVING read recently about the amount of money being spent at Arnos Vale, £500,000 of lottery grant, I appreciate the historic value of Arnos Vale but Greenbank Cemetery has been there for a long time too.
I have written to you on several occasions about the state of Greenbank, and that I had a problem finding our family grave as everything is overgrown with weeds and broken pots scattered around. Could not some of this grant be used at Greenbank? You printed a picture of a part of Greenbank that was nowhere near the area I was complaining about. It's not very comforting to know I could be buried in this wilderness. I have written to the cemetery managers with no response.
