Graffiti on show inside art gallery
A GRAFFITI exhibition touting the work of a Bristol collective has opened its doors.
A collection of art by the Bristol-based graffiti group Def Bombin Kru (DBK) is being held at the Bristol Gallery on Millennium Promenade from 10am to 5pm until March 12.
The show, titled Moving Wall, Changing Seasons is free and 10 per cent of any sales go to the Prince's Trust charity helping young people in Bristol get into work, education or training.
The exhibition will feature a set of four Chinese screens representing the four seasons, which will be submitted to the 2011 Royal Academy Summer Exhibition following their exhibition in Bristol.

Other works on display will include drawings, studies and sketches, and a selection of recent paintings, including the diptych, The War of Art, which was the first graffiti-style painting to be submitted to the Royal Academy, and which was shortlisted for exhibition in 2008.
