A teenager poured bleach over his ex-girlfriend, held a beer bottle to her face and exposed her breasts in public.

The lovesick youth, 16, from Coney Hill, Gloucester, could not get over the breakdown of their six-month relationship and attacked her twice.

He bombarded the girl with threatening and abusive phone calls and text messages, a court heard.

The youth pleaded guilty on Thursday to harassment with violence, threatening criminal damage and obstructing a police officer.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month supervision order with a three-month curfew and gave him a six-month restraining order.

The youth said: "I am completely over her now and don't even speak to her if I see her."

"I don't get into anymore trouble and music is my life. I help out at the youth club and am going to college to do media studies."
