This is Bristol

I have just added up the 2007 to 08 incidental additional expenses claimed by the Bath MP Don Foster. (One of yer squeaky clean 'uns) food £3,820; gas and electric £1,512 mortgage £9,974; cable TV £213; new fitted kitchen £3,745; replaced plumbing £603.

I presume all of these gifts to Don from us taxpayers are both tax deductible and tax free.

As a pensioner receiving just over £107 per week, I feel very honoured to have helped Don in his so obvious time of need. Shame details of his second home was blacked out, I would dearly have liked to send him an "enjoy your new kitchen" greeting card.

Dave Laming,

Bath.
