German Christmas market opens in Bristol
THE Bristol Christmas Market in Castle Park opens its doors to the public today.
A special sneak preview held last night saw refreshments served in a Bavarian-style beer house and rides on a 35-metre high Ferris wheel which towers over the ruins of St Peter's Church.
The German- themed Christmas market has more than 30 wooden chalets selling traditional foods, seasonal gifts and crafts.
Shoppers can also enjoy the delights of German mulled wine (Glühwein), sausages, pretzels, gingerbread, crepes and sweets.
This week's delicious £5 5 O'CLOCKTAIL is a refreshing Tequila Sunrise. Available everyday from our Bar for only £5 between 5pm & 7pm.
Terms: £5 cocktail applies to the cocktail of the week.
