“Christ on a bike/bicycle/cycle/push-bike/velocipede. What a ridiculous non-point you seem to be trying to make!
I'm off now to try an identify a cyclist/bike rider (incorporating those that also travel on bicycles/cycles/push-bikes/velocipedes/two-wheeled pedal powered devices) wearing a white/cream/offwhite/possible light grey (its a sketchy CCTV image but definitly wearing a light coloured hoody and riding a bike/bicycle/push-bike/velocipede and could possibly smell of smoke/visible suspension of carbon or other particles in air, typically one emitted from a burning substance) in my car/automobile/four-wheeled motorpowered vehicle.
I'll be sure to be on the lookout for cyclists wearing white hoodies too.”

“OK, I give up - you win. You are obviously right that people on bicycles are not cyclists and motorists are not drivers. I don't know why I didn't see this earlier.”
