WILTSHIRE trainer Jeremy Gask has started the year in flying form and looks to have a cracking chance of doubling up at Wolverhampton with Exkaliber and Precision Five.

Based at Sutton Veny, near Warminster, Gask has sent out three winners from just ten runners this month and Exkaliber can put his rivals to the sword in the Coral.co.uk Mobile Betting Handicap.

Until a couple of weeks ago, the four-year-old had not shown much on the racecourse, but his fourth at Lingfield was proof that he is gradually getting the hang of things with experience.

He is bound to get a good tow into proceedings as they tend to race at a more even pace around Dunstall Park and, given that he is not as exposed as many of his rivals, there is a good chance he can pounce off the home turn and make his presence felt where it matters.

Precison Five takes in the Poker At Coral.co.uk Handicap and he can follow up his recent success at Lingfield as the extended mile and one furlong trip on offer this time will very much suit.

On both his previous trips to Wolverhampton, Precision Five has finished a close third over a slightly shorter distance and he can make the most of this chance to notch another victory.

The opening Get Free Bets With Bookmakers.co.uk Maiden can go to the William Haggas-trained Lady Malet, who can finally get her head in front after a frustrating run of seconds. The filly was turned over at odds-on favourite at the course on the last two occasions and she is obviously not the most straightforward ride, but jockey Adam Beschizza, pictured, must know her well enough by now.

Connections seemingly mean business this time around as they fit Lady Malet with a hood in order to make her concentrate on the job at hand and she can finally reward her supporters.

Ashamaly faces only two other rivals in the Coral.co.uk Handicap, but appears a to have a fantastic chance of coming out on top to gain compensation for being a slightly disappointing hot favourite at Kempton two weeks ago.
