Gary Banks is the difference in Welton Rovers revival
Mark Harrington has cited the prolific form of Welton Rovers new-boy Gary Banks as one reason for his side's impressive resurgence.
The former Chippenham Town youngster has scored seven goals in eight appearances for Welton, following his arrival from Calne Town.

Banks will be hungry for more goals in tomorrow's home encounter with second-placed Dawlish Town, in which Rovers, who are fourth, defend a five-game unbeaten run.
Boss Harrington said: "Gary has offered us a new dimension with his pace, and it's enabled our top scorer last season, Dean Evans, to move into central midfield – for me his best position.
"We were shipping too many goals at the start of the season but now we've kept three clean sheets on the bounce."
Lee Lashenko believes the recent transfer of Darren Hawkins to Bishop Sutton has sparked a remarkable transformation in his team's fortunes.
After making a stuttering start, not helped by injuries to key personnel, Sutton have finally taken off, with three straight wins and 14 goals into the bargain.
Lashenko, who takes his team to Ilfracombe Town, explained: "Rob Smart has scored two hat-tricks in his last three games and it's no coincidence it's happened with Darren pulling the strings alongside him."
Longwell Green Sports welcome back defensive trio Lee Vickerman, Sam McAlinden and Matt Alway for the trip to Sherborne Town, although all face a fight to regain their places, following the impressive emergence of young centre-back Dale Riley.
Jeff Meacham is sweating over his bid to sign Taunton Town's Danny Lane, ahead of Brislington's away encounter with mid-table Melksham Town. "Danny is understandably keen to keep playing at a higher level, so we're still waiting on a decision from him," Meacham said of the central midfielder.
Bristol Manor Farm boss John Black has issued rivals Larkhall Athletic with a seven-day move for their pacy striker Luke Bryan in a bid to prop up his depleted attack. Farm entertain Radstock Town without two recognised forwards – Luke Clarke and Ben Hiscox.
Fast-improving Bitton face their toughest test to date as they travel to take on a Street side who have surged to the summit on the strength of six wins from their opening seven outings.
Rec boss Andy Black said he is targeting a new striker and centre-half in an effort to maintain their better form, but stressed: "We're competing well now, so there's no rush."
Black's summer signing from Paulton Rovers, midfielder Richard Perry, has quit the club.
