Free hugs to make you feel better... and work harder
THERE were free hugs on tap in Bristol centre to help launch a new programme on healthy living.
Testing the theory that positivity breeds productivity, scores of workers were granted some "lunchtime loving" in an effort to get rid of the Monday blues.

The free cuddles were given out by relationship coach Samantha Holman and members of the Inside Out team.
Miss Holman said: "These days, we are so focused on juggling work with relationships, and relationships with our own needs, we forget to take notice and appreciate the small things.

The team handed out the hugs to encourage passers-by to go to work with a smile and to raise awareness of the course launch event on Thursday, September 27, at The Pavilion, Harbourside.
The event, which costs £10, is for anyone who want to find out more about the programme.
Fifty per cent of ticket sales will raise money for Penny Brohn Cancer Care.
