The weekly community market in the car park behind the Tobacco Factory in Southville features around 30 food and craft stalls with a strong bias towards ethical, eco-friendly, Fairtrade, organic and local products. The market runs from 10am to 2.30pm.
Ashton Court Producers' Market, Ashton Court mansion house courtyard
Back after its winter break, the monthly market has over 25 stalls laden with locally made food, drink, crafts and even canine treats for your dog. Local producers returning this year include Barley Wood Kitchen Garden, Cowshill Farm, Towles Fine Ales and Mullion Cove. Serata Trentina wine dinner, Rosemarino, York Road, Clifton
In association with the Mezzacorona winery, Rosemarino hosts a special wine dinner celebrating the cuisine of Trentino in North-East Italy. A mountainous region best known for its game and home-cured meats, as well as some of the best grappa in Italy, the menu includes potato rosti with cured coppa, spiced fennel sausage and pickled white cabbage, and wild hare casserole with soft polenta and cavolo nero, with wines to match each of the five courses. 7pm. £50 per person.
