Division 1
Real Flyers 18 Bucks Whiz 13
The strong hitting Real Flyers put together impressive batting performances in the 2nd and 3rd innings of this match to hold off a Bucks Whiz team that scored consistently throughout the game but could not produce the same firepower to put the opposition under pressure.
Forks 25 Grandslammers 16
Forks shut the Grandslammers out with a faultless fielding display followed by strong batting including a home run from Mark Fenton in the first innings and David Lee in the second. Both teams fielded and batted solidly keeping the score close but with Forks always ahead until the 4th and 5th innings when Grandslammers slammed in an outstanding 11 runs and Forks responded with a crippling nine.
Walt McIsaac won a well deserved MVP for his two home run grandslams and excellent displays of fielding. For the Grandslammers, Della Neilson won female MVP for some inspirational batting and fielding.
Tbolts 1 LSds 16
After a slow start to the game by both teams an understrength Tbolts could not match league leaders LSDs who turned in another of their clinical fielding performances which prevented Tbolts from scoring any runs after the 1st innings.
Bristol Creamers 5 Guppy Spotters 27
This game started off tightly with both teams struggling to push runs but a 3rd innings of six runs saw Guppy Spotters take control of the game and another six scored in the 5th innings took the game beyond doubt and allowed Guppys to relax and enjoy the final part of the game. The victory kept them on equal points with division leaders LSDs.

All games were rained off.
A replayed game between The Flintstones and The Force took place on the 9th of July
The Flintstones 14 The Force 16
The initial game between these two teams was called off after a long injury interruption with the teams locked on the same scores. The replayed encounter proved to be another close affair with The Force just holding the upper hand throughout the match and holding off a fightback in the 7th innings by The Flintstones to emerge victorious by two runs.
Division 3
Flatpackers 27 Thunderbats 5
A strong batting performance combined with tight fielding saw the Flatpackers record a convincing win over softball newcomers Thunderbats.
Spartans 19 Multiple Scorgasms 7
The top two teams in Division 3 squared up to each other with Spartans missing 4 players through injury. Despite this, Spartans managed to take the lead by two runs in the first innings and steadily increased their lead as the match progressed.

Go Balls Deep 3 Greasey Mitts 34
A strong batting performance from the Mitts allowed them to run out comfortable winners in this match with Dave "Hot Dog" Fee notching up several big hits for the Mitts. With a strong cross wind it was a difficult pitching conditions for both teams and the GBD pitcher was awarded MVP for his perseverance with the ball. In the last two innings GBD pushed their base runner round as much as possible and were unlucky not to score more - but strong defensive play by Jo "Sideburns" Busby at the Mitts second base consistently closed the runner downs
