All games postponed due to rain.

2nd Division:

Sloggers 11 Imperial Sliders 16

Sliders had to work hard to maintain their lead at the top of the division in a close match against Sloggers.

Chipmonks 6 Desperadoes 20

Desperadoes stormed back from their defeat last week to record a comprehensive win over Chipmonks.

Solid fielding and accurate batting by Desperadoes did not allow Chipmonks into the game despite the best efforts of the Chipmonks shortstop Gareth Everson who went home with the male MVP award.

The Force 12 The Flintstones 14

For the second time this season this fixture was marred by a serious injury to one of the players which held up the game for a period of time. 

Craig Bones from The Force got hit just under the eye by a ball. He was kept in hospital overnight, saw an eye specialist on Friday and has a suspected fracture of the cheekbone.

Again, like their last match, the two teams were tied on runs at the end of the match.

The umpire decided extra innings could not be played due to the failing light and the game reverted to a previous innings which saw Flintstones come out the winners by two runs.

3rd Division

Spartans 15 Flatpackers 6

Business as usual for league leaders Spartans who completed another solid victory, this time over Flatpackers.

Multiple Scorgasms 19 Greasy Mitts 9

Second placed Multiple Scorgasms continued to keep the pressure on division leaders Spartans by completing a win against Greasy Mitts who are locked in their own battle with Flatpackers for the third place spot in the division.

Go Balls Deep 8 Thunderbats 9

In a low scoring game the newcomers to softball held their nerve to record their second win of the season by one run against fellow rookies Go Balls Deep.
