Flatley clothes airer moved from home to home in Bristol.

I remember the Flatley clothes airers (BT, Feb12) as my mum had one when I was young.

When I got married in 1974 the people we bought our house off, much to my surprise, left a Flatley behind.

I used it for 14 years and when we moved again the Flatley came with us.

I then used it for another seven years before we moved again.

But then, much to my disappointment, I couldn't find a place for it in my kitchen and had to get rid of it.

That was a shame because, throughout all those years, it had never broken down.
