Keep Fit Over The Summer With O2 Touch Rugby at Kingswood RFC: Starts Saturday 2nd June
If you're looking to keep fit over the summer break, or even take your first steps into the wonderful world of rugby, then what better way to do so than with Touch Rugby at Kingswood RFC? Touch Rugby is a non-contact version of the beautiful game, played without lineouts, scrums or tackling and instead concentrates on running, positional play and handling.
Starting Saturday 2nd of June and running throughout June and July, this event is open to absolutely anyone who is interested in coming along, be it current players, parents of our Minis section, other rugby clubs and indeed anyone that wants to learn the game.

Kingswood RFC Touch Rugby
Most of our players who have made the switch from Football to Rugby, start by learning the basics of the game by playing touch rugby, so why not come down and give it a go yourself. This is very much based around keeping fit and having fun, with perhaps a competitive element thrown in at the end of July.
