Ex-Bristol City player and coach Jacobs has died
Former Bristol City wing-half Frank Jacobs has died suddenly after suffering a heart attack while out walking.
Jacobs was also a coach at Bristol City's Academy for many years alongside friend Dave Burnside.
The funeral will take place in Keynsham on Thursday at 3pm.
