Matchwinners 2008-09: Richard Lee (Tytherington Rocks Res)…showed the tenacity that once earned him his first-team status by rescuing his team with three superb goals.

Kyle Tooze (Hanham Ath)… showed impressive skills throughout and laid on the crucial second goal.

Dave O'Reilly (Cutters Fri)… showed a never-say-die attitude to drive his side on in the second half.

Stuart Proctor (Frampton Athletic)… dominated the match from midfield and was the catalyst for his team's victory.

Denny Chapman (Lawrence Rov)… the creative force behind his team's win with four assists.

Jon Barton (Bsl Barcelona)… was at the heart of most of his team's attacks and looked a cut above the rest of the players on view.

James Batchelor (Broad Walk)… scored a super goal and ran tirelessly on the left wing all game.

Mark Leigh (Talbot Knowle)… the striker showed his predatory instincts with three well-taken goals.

Mike Jenkins (Mendip Utd)… scored his team's first goal and was a constant threat to the Lockleaze defence.

Dave Franklin (Bsl Sanctuary)… pivotal in the team's victory, scoring twice as well as providing an assist.

Adam Harley (Thornbury Tn)… showed a refreshing willingness to get forward from full-back, making a number of excellent runs.

Gary Thomas (Cadbury Heath Res)… joint player-manager was outstanding in his holding midfield role, giving his defence great protection throughout the game.

Ian Marcovitch (Sth Bristol Central)… scored a superb goal and was a constant menace to the Bitton defence.

Edward Cockle (St Aldhelms)… the centre-back had an outstanding game, producing as flawless a defensive performance as you will ever see.

John Scorrer (Shire)… was key to unlocking the Wick Res defence, scoring one and creating another.

Duncan Meadows (Sneyd Park)… played a key role in Sneyd Park's victory. His determination to win shone through and helped inspire his team-mates as they went a goal down.

Stuart O'Neil (Inter The Bloomfield)… showed great pace and good close control on the left wing. A threat throughout and deserved his goal.

Gary Booth (Southmead)… was the outstanding performer in this comfortable win for Southmead, showing exactly how a central midfielder should play in a wonderful display. He was all over the pitch, defending well, getting stuck in and winning the ball regularly. He was also superb going forward, giving a masterclass in passing.

Dave Langridge (St George Rangers)… the striker was superb, scoring a hat-trick and setting up another goal.

Aaron Robins (Fry Club)… the main creative force for his team playing wide on the left. Showed good skill, crossed well and showed great composure from the spot.

Chris Dauncey (Longwell Green)… the centre-half played a pivotal role in keeping Oldland at bay. He tackled well and was dominant in the air.

Shane Hobbs (Henbury OB)… scored two outstanding goals and was a menace to the Avonside defence throughout with his raw pace, quick feet and good close control.

Ollie Bendall (Lawes Jrs)… scored one goal and set up two others in an excellent all-round performance.

Adam Shapcott (Crown Parkway)… ran the game for his team, showing a great range of passing. Created the first goal and scored the second from the penalty spot.

Jamie Lee Sheppard (CTK Southside)… typified Southside's physical performance with an all-action display in central midfield. Gave his defence great protection, with some superb interceptions and tackles.

Karim Rendall (Coalpit Heath)… scored one of his team's goals and made two others in an inspirational display.

Chris Wilson (Bohemia Res)… captain led from the front with an all-action midfield display. Read the game superbly and made numerous crucial interceptions.

Martin Blacker (Bsl Telephones)… central midfielder and skipper, led from the front and created both of his team's goals.

Ricky Woodland (Greyfriars)… creative force for Greyfriars. The central midfielder was at the heart of most of his team's attacks and showed superb vision with his passing.

Sam Rendall (Ingleside)… his team's match winner with an opportunist hat-trick. Linked well with strike partner Nick Pallinger.

Phil Ashpole (Shireway)… the centre-back had a magnificent game, winning every tackle and header.

Ashley Giles (Stoke Bishop)… a majestic midfield performance. He was Stoke Bishop's most creative player and was at the centre of everything.

Tim Summers (Bristol Sports)… the inspiration behind his team's win. Made the second goal and unlucky not to score himself.
