The Evening Post Cricketer of the Week award is given to the local player who has produced what our judges consider to be the best performance – either with bat or ball – on Saturday or Sunday.
Each weekly winner receives a bat handed out at our gala end-of-season presentations where he will be in contention for the Evening Post Trophy as the top player for 2009.
