Drivers face massive queues on M4 Second Severn Crossing
Roadworks are causing traffic chaos on the M4 Second Severn Crossing this morning.
Two lanes on the westbound carriageway are closed from 5am to 1pm, causing long queues between junctions 22 and 23, according to Traffic Wales.
