If you've ever wanted to learn to dowse, here's your opportunity. Two professional dowsers from Devon have launched the Dowsing Academy to teach dowsing and related topics at venues around the UK.

The name Dowsing Academy came as Adrian Incledon-Webber and David Lockwood were exploring the Devil's Cauldron at Lidford Gorge in Devon.

They have plans for eight courses this year, the first at the village hall at Uley in Gloucestershire on January 24-25.

This two-day foundation course will be a practical experience using various tools to study topics such as geopathic stress, underground water, earth energies, health (including allergies and intolerances), auras and more.

There will be a visit to the nearby long barrow, known as Hetty Peglers Tump (weather permitting).

For costs and further information, contact Adrian on 01483 421922 or email dowsingacademy@fastmail.fm – you can download a booking form at www.dowsingspirits.co.uk
