Firefighters put out a blaze at an unoccupied house in Whitehall on Saturday afternoon.

At 5.31pm, they were called to Park Avenue and found the dining room was alight.

The crews, from Speedwell, Kingswood and Brislington, used hoses to extinguish the fire, the cause of which is still being investigated.
