Hart added a second penalty on 19 minutes as Richmond took a stranglehold on the game.

On 33 minutes, Dings reduced the deficit through an Adam Westall penalty.

On the stroke of half-time, Richmond extended their lead with a try from flanker Iain Buzza. Hart added the conversion for a 13-3 lead.

Westall reduced the arrears with a penalty on 49 minutes.

Dings levelled the scores on 56 minutes with a try from hooker Dave Wheeler after a penalty was kicked to the corner and Dave Bufton won the lineout.

Westall added the conversion to level the scores at 13-13.

With three minutes left, Hart struck an upright with a penalty attempt.

Bridgwater and Albion suffered their third consecutive league defeat as they were beaten 39-25 by bottom club Havant.

Havant scored the opening try through Keith Molyneux.

Bridgwater started the second half well and scored a try through Louis Messer, which was converted by Luke Cozens. Havant responded with a second try from Molyneux.

Cozens narrowed the gap with a penalty, only to see Havant go further ahead when Steve Cruddas scored a converted try.
