Developer chosen for wharf scheme
A PREFERRED developer has been selected for the redevelopment of Redcliffe Wharf.
Members of the council's cabinet agreed that London-based Complex Development Projects Ltd (CDP) should take over the project of developing one of the last remaining derelict sites on the Harbourside.
The firm specialises in regeneration schemes, working alongside Government agencies, local authorities and charities. The meeting was assured its background meant it was aware of the importance of consulting with the public on such projects.
