Dance night for Jack
A DANCE night is being held to raise money towards an operation to help a Whitchurch boy walk by himself. The family of four-year-old Jack Rooke, who has cerebral palsy, is raising £35,000 to fund the life-changing selective dorsal rhizotomy operation at Frenchay Hospital.
Jack's Will to Dance is being held at Canvas above the Slug and Lettuce in St Nicholas Street on Saturday from 7pm to 5am. Tickets are £15. Contact 07530 656823.
