Cycling challenge for charity
A father and daughter from Pill are getting on their bikes this weekend and riding 250-miles to raise funds for charity.
Bob Buck and his daughter Jenni have set themselves a challenge, Bucks On Bikes, which starts tomorrow - May 31 - and continues until June 4.

Together they will be cycling from Pill along the 250-mile West Country Way to Padstow in aid of the West of England MS Therapy Centre in Nailsea.
They chose to support the centre because Jenni was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1998 and uses hyperbaric oxygen treatment there.
She said: "This will be a challenge but it will be a great experience. We're pleased to pay back a bit for the fantastic support the centre provides."
Bob, has a reputation for fundraising bike rides, both before retiring as inspector from Weston-super-Mare Police Station in 1997 and since leaving.
He started to ride to work at Avonmouth Police Station 30-years-ago and used the bike on patrol.
Over the years he has raised thousands of pounds with rides in this country and one to the Arctic Circle in Norway.
Bob said: "I was on the crew of the Lifeboat at Pill for four years.
"Everyone knew I was a keen fundraiser for the RNLI and they were always very supportive."
Jenni's interest in cycling began several years ago when she joined the annual Bath to Pill charity ride from the Duke of Cornwall pub.
She raised large sums of money and on one occasion raised more than everyone else combined.
In 2006 she took it a stage further when she took part in 'Women for Women' a sponsored ride in India with TV personality Fern Britton.
But now she and her dad are taking on a challenge closer to home as it means a lot to them both.
Bob added: "This will be quite challenging but it takes in some fantastic scenery.
"It's a great way to use our hobby to raise funds for such a worthwhile cause."
The MS Therapy Centre is run as a charity with no NHS or Government funding.
It provides support and relief of symptoms to people with MS using a range of complementary therapies.
The centre has its sights set on larger, purpose-built premises at Bradley Stoke and has launched the Daystar Appeal to help raise money for this move.
So far approximately £450,000 has been pledged towards the total required which is around £2.5 million.
