Harvester, from Division II of the Bristol Sunday League, crowned their season in style by winning the Charles Finch Cup.

They beat Division III outfit Mendip SBW 2-1 in a thrilling game which went to extra-time.

Mendip's Chris Attiwell opened the scoring on the hour mark and his goal looked like being the winner, but Darryl Taynton popped up with an equaliser 10 minutes from time.

In a tense extra-time, Mark Chidgey settled the match by scoring in the 105th minute.

In the Premier Division, Beaufort secured the runners-up spot with a hard-fought 2-2 home draw with Coopers Kensington.

Trailing 2-1 at the break, they hit back with a Lee Barlass equaliser to grab the point they needed to finish second behind Lebeq.

Bottom-of-the-table Golden Hill Sunday chalked up an impressive 5-1 home win against Shireway Sports, while Nick McCootie (2), Leon Grange and Shane Allison were on target for Hanham Sunday, 4-1 home winners against Katsura, who replied through Marley Long.

In Division I, Easton Cowboys Sunday kept their title hopes on course with an emphatic 7-0 home win over The Anchor. Karim Rendell and Andrew Hamilton-Dunn both netted hat-tricks, while Phil Arnold was also on target..

Lebeq Tavern Reserves kept the pressure on Cowboys with a 2-1 win at White Tree.

AFC Redland had a stroll in the sun, beating bottom club Wizard Wanderers 8-3 thanks to goals from Nick Hannaford- Hill (3), Marcus Street (2), Barry Gibb, Chris Taylor and Ollie Bendall. Rob Giles (2) and Mike Pring netted for Wanderers.

A hat-trick from Thomas Bell steered Fellowship to a 3-1 home win over Longreach Athletic.

Fishponds Old Boys Sunday saw their faint Division II title hopes disappear with a 4-4 draw at Bristol Sports.

Brislington 1987 and Bristol 5 played out a 2-2 draw, with Craig Simmons and John Burt scoring for Brislington and Tom Headford and Josh Cush replying for the visitors.

The individual performance of the weekend came in Division III, where Ryan Bending netted nine times for Cutters Friday Sunday, who beat Masonic Sports 13-0. Scott Joyner (2) and Sam Alward (2) got the others.

BAWA suffered a rare defeat and had to put their title celebrations on hold when they went down 3-2 away to second-placed Elite Sats.

Shaun White (2) and Adam Shapcott scored for Elite, while Steve Connor and Aaron Tremlin hit back for BAWA.

Lee Doyle, Nick Morgan and Nick Rossiter all scored twice as Cathedral City thumped West Country United 8-1.
