Cull would be totally pointless
I AM writing in support of Mrs A Brown, Oldland Common, (The Post October 30), because the information Mrs Brown and Brian May produced is correct, unlike that of government ministers.
If there was a badger cull this would be devastating to wildlife and if one badger survived the cull the whole exercise would be pointless anyway.

Living in the countryside I know that a farmers life is not an easy one, as for the vaccination of cattle this should be supported by and subsidised by the government not the farmers.
But don't worry it won't cost a jubilee or a royal wedding to do this. I hope these innocent animals can be spared, it is bad enough that they suffer at the hands of people like badger baiters.

They are the people I would like to cull but I would break their jaws first.
