The Bristol and Western Counties Association of Cricket Umpires and Scorers are to dedicate their annual meeting tonight to the memory of two long-serving members.

President David Rees, a member for almost 40 years, died last month while vice-chairman and treasurer Frank Vowles, a committee member for 17 years, passed away in February.

Bristol-born Nick Cousins, the recently appointed senior executive officer for the ECB's Association of Cricket Officials, will be the guest speaker for the event at the Gloucestershire County Ground.
