Police are investigating the crash in St Anne's Road, Bristol
Avon and Somerset police said that the collision happened at 6am and the biker has been taken to Frenchay Hospital with "serious, possibly life-changing" injuries.
The biker was a man riding a Yamaha. His age is not yet known. The car was a Vauxhall Astra, and the parked lorry was a Mercedes.
Police said it was not yet clear how the crash happened, but said the biker was the only person injured.
Detectives have also appealed to a potential witness. They believe just minutes before the crash the biker overtook a dark-coloured car, with a rear spoiler, travelling from Wootton Road towards Broom Hill.
The driver of the car is asked to get in touch with police.
