Court orders drug dealer to repay £17,000
A DRUG dealer has been ordered by a court to repay more than £17,000 from his criminal gains.
In September last year, 52-year-old Peter Aziz, from Buckfastleigh, was convicted at Bristol Crown Court of producing and supplying DMT, a Class A psychedelic drug and jailed for 15 months. On Friday, he returned to court for a hearing under the Proceeds of Crime Act and was ordered to repay £17,280 within six months.
