Thieves have made off with 17 sheep grazing in a field in Congresbury.

The animals, in a field at Weston Road, were stolen between Monday and Friday last week. The thieves broke through a wired security gate to make off with the animals, all wearing ear ID tags. Contact police on 0845 4567000.
