College students in Disneyland trip
TWELVE students from South Gloucestershire and Stroud College visited Disneyland Paris to learn about the cancer charity Tenovus.
The students, who are taking a Level 3 Health and Social Care course, attended a seminar at the tourist attraction which covered the causes of cancer and outlined how the charity supported individuals with a cancer diagnosis.
The teenagers then enjoyed the rest of the day exploring the Disney parks.
Student Amber-Louise Jones, 17, from Downend, said: “I really enjoyed the talk from Tenovus and the time at Disneyland was a bonus.”
