College artists stage Wild summer show
SIX hundred Weston College students are putting the final touches to art and design work for the college's 25th summer show.
More than 4,000 paintings, sculptures, photographs, textiles, fashion and graphic art are in the Wild Weston show at the University Campus in Loxton Road until Wednesday.
The event is regarded as a showcase for spotting future artistic talent with the chance to buy an original art piece.
College head of creative art Sarah Clark said: "The standard of student work is excellent and the imagery diverse."
