Coach Meehan wants a high tempo from Bath
Steve Meehan will urge his weary Bath players to repeat the heroics that saw off Wasps when they host title rivals Harlequins today.
Bath met a stubborn Wasps side at the Recreation Ground on Wednesday night – but moved through the gears in the final 20 minutes to earn a 22-14 Guinness Premiership win.

That put them level on points with Harlequins and Leicester at the top of the table with three league matches to play.
And head coach Meehan, having seen his side put together a complete 80-minute performance against Wasps, wants more of the same from his tired players this afternoon.
"What I was impressed with the other night was that I thought, in the last 20 minutes, we stepped up a gear and left Wasps behind," said Meehan.
"This is a side that, some people believe, doesn't play the second half – but I think that proved everybody wrong. That was a good 80-minute performance on Wednesday night and we will need another one of those against Harlequins. If we can win this weekend, one of the benefits is that we will go into the last two rounds of the Premiership in a strong position.
"But it would also mean we could mentally clear the decks before heading into the Heineken Cup quarter-final next Saturday – and that would be a good place to be."
Harlequins moved top of the table on points difference after beating Worcester 60-14 on Wednesday – and Meehan wonders whether his opponents will be under-cooked going into today's match after a relatively easy victory three days ago.
"They could be fresher, but, on the other side of the coin, perhaps they are a bit under-done," he said.
"They didn't play the previous weekend and they've got England internationals who have come back and had some time on the field, but not a lot.
"But let's not underestimate Harlequins; they are playing quite well, they're an enthusiastic squad, they're well coached and well managed and they've got speed out wide, direct players through the midfield and a pack that works well for each other. It's a big challenge for us."
