Clips for new cookery website filmed in Gloucester Road cookery school
A BRISTOL cookery school has been selected as the location for videos for a national website offering cooking techniques.
102 Cookery School on Gloucester Road was chosen by Producers of Channel 4’s River Cottage who have won a contract to record 40 dishes being cooked and to demonstrate 40 cooking techniques being used.
The films feature River Cottage chef Tim Maddams cooking the different dishes.
