The Clifton Suspension Bridge will be closed again this weekend to all traffic while the road is re-surfaced.

The closure will run from 7pm on Friday until 6am on Monday. A diversion route will be signed.

Repairs will be cancelled if prolonged rain is forecast.

The bridge will remain open to pedestrians.

The closure is part of the extensive Clifton Suspension Bridge works being carried out this year to improve drainage, waterproofing and road surface.
