Hednesford Town 0 Clevedon Town 0: Clevedon made their first visit to Hednesford Town and put in a determined defensive performance to win a point.

Clevedon started with an unchanged line-up, and immediately found themselves on the back foot, with Steve Jagielka forcing a great save from Danny Greaves.

A Matthew Walsh free-kick and an effort by Jamal Easter briefly relieved the Hednesford pressure, before Tyrone Barnett went close for the Pitmen.

Pete Sheppard and Easter combined to test the Hednesford defence on 27 minutes, but the hosts spent the rest of the half battering the Seasiders' defence.

Danny Greaves made a full-stretch save from Barnett as the half ended.

Clevedon made a double substitution, with Callum Fisher replacing Josh Brigham and Aaron Blakemore going on for Ellis Wilmot.

Hednesford continued to ramp up the pressure in the second half, with crosses and corners being flung into the Clevedon box, but the visitors held firm.
