Bashley 3 Clevedon Town 2: Clevedon's search for their first win of the season continues after they went down by the odd goal in five at Bashley.

Both sides had several chances in the opening half-hour before Bashley took the lead through Justin Keeler five minutes before the break.

Early in the second half, the hosts doubled their lead, when Dave Allen found the net with a simple header.

Dale Peckham pulled a goal back for Clevedon four minutes later with a tap-in after Bashley stopper David Elm had failed to hold a shot.

Keeler grabbed his second goal after some sloppy Clevedon defending allowed him in for a simple finish to re-establish the hosts' two-goal lead.

Ellis Wilmot netted in the 75th minute to give Clevedon renewed hope but they could not force an equaliser.
