Clark strikes to send Winterbourne Academy in schools FA Cup semi-finals
A South Gloucestershire school has made it into the semi-finals of the English Schools FA cup.
Winterbourne International Academy's Under-16 side saw off Lyndon Comprehensive School, from Solihull, in a dramatic extra-time win.
Jack James, who scored a hat-trick in a 4-2 win over Ivybridge Community College in the previous round, came up with a second-half equaliser after Lyndon led at the break.
Substitute Kieran Clark won the game for Winterbourne in extra-time with a 20-yard shot after a jinking run.
Winterbourne coach Phil Milton said: "This was a great game, played in good spirit with fantastic support."
