Charity gig for Bristol cancer unit
An Elvis look-a-like will be joined by singer and guitarist Rob Cook at a charity concert organised by the chairman of South Gloucestershire Council.
Brian Freeguard is trying to raise £10,000 in his year of office to donate to the Breast Cancer Unit Support Trust (BUST) at Frenchay Hospital.

Mr Freeguard, of Filton Park, was especially keen to help the organisation after his wife, Jill, was diagnosed with breast cancer last year.
He is already well on his way to reaching his target and hopes the concert at the Olympus Theatre at Filton College's WISE campus will give his appeal a major boost.
Mr Freeguard, 68, said: "We've got Rob Cook, who does Irish and country music, as well as 60s pieces, as one of the performers.
"The other is Rocking Gerry, who is an Elvis impersonator and also does Johnny Cash, Eddie Cochran and Buddy Holly songs.
"The Olympus Theatre is a marvellous venue which can seat 200 and I'm hoping we will sell a lot of tickets."
Mr Freeguard, who will be chairman of the council until May, said the money raised during his term of office would be used by BUST to buy specialist diagnostic equipment.
He said events such as his civic service last November, a carol service and an online auction had brought in donations.
A number of people also gave cash to the appeal instead of sending out Christmas cards.
Mr Freeguard said: "I'd say I'm more than half way towards my target with a few months to go before I hand over to my successor."
The concert takes place on Thursday, February 5, at the theatre in New Road, Stoke Gifford, at 7.30pm. Tickets cost £7.50. They can be bought from the BUST centre at Frenchay or by phoning 0117 969 5198 or 01454 864045.
