Lebeq Tavern Courage made sure of taking the Premier Division title after ending all-square with closest rivals Beaufort.

Beaufort still had a mathematically chance of catching Lebeq before a ball was kicked on Sunday – but a Justin Cattle hat-trick was not enough to make ground on the league leaders. Two goals from Dominic Holver and one from Paul Whitlock saw the game end 3-3 in a match that Beaufort needed to win to maintain their slim hopes of catching Lebeq.

Lebeq Reserves missed the chance to claim the Division I title after dropping two vital points in their double-header with Longreach Athletic.

The Stapleton Road-based pub side won the first game 4-1 – but could only tie the second match 2-2, allowing Easton Cowboys, who beat DKL Sports 4-0, to become champions

Jason Henry, Ollie Ball, Karim Rendell and Andrew Hamilton-Dunne scored the goals which moved Cowboys four points clear with just one game left to play.

Elsewhere in Division I, Stephen Alexander grabbed a hat-trick as AFC Redland saw off PJ Services 5-3. Craig Collins and Patrick Riley were also on the mark.

Avon Plate will be playing in Division I next season after results conspired to guarantee them a top-two finish in Division II. They need one more point from their last game to lift the title after a goal from Tristan Ferguson was only enough to earn Fishponds Old Boys a draw with fourth-placed Harvester – the only other side who can now finish on the same points as Avon Plate.

Bristol Sports could also still claim a top-two finish after a convincing double-header victory – that ended in a 13-2 aggregate success over Signal Generals – moved them to within four points of Fishponds with a game in hand.

A hat-trick from Alan Powell (3) and goals from Chris Pearce and Andy Peacock saw Marcliff secure a 5-4 victory and complete a miserable season for bottom-of-the-table Longreach Athletic Reserves.

Brislington (1987) and Northville Athletic collected a win apiece from their double fixture. Paul Draper and Craig Simmonds scored for Brislington as they won the first match 2-1.

Paul Woodrow got the consolation for Northville and was also on the scoresheet in the second match where Scott Warren, Mike Humvy (2), Luke Walker (2) and Ryan Lewis also registered to gain revenge with an 8-1 drubbing. Neil Smith replied for Brislington.

Josh Cush (2), Tom Headford, Phil Butterworth and Matt Herdman fired Bristol 5 to a 5-0 win over Merryweather Old Boys.

BAWA need one more point to wrap up the Division III title following a 9-2 victory over Warwick.

Aron Tremlin scored four times, while the others came from Steve Connor (2), Ben Moore (2) and Josh Harvey. Glen Callaghan and Stefan Cole replied for Warwick.

Second-placed Mendip kept their slim title-hopes alive with two 1-0 wins in a double fixture against The Squire. Wes Barnes and Chris Attiwell got the goals for Mendip, who remain six points behind the leaders with two games to play.

Elite Sats are still in with a chance of a top-two finish, despite losing the second match of a double-header clash with Masonic Sports.

Sats won the first game 2-1 before crashing to a 5-2 defeat. Brian Billings scored four goals for Lodge in the two games.
