The 32-year-old from Knowle was seen cycling around the Ramada Hotel car park, breaching his anti-social behaviour order.
Picton was convicted by Bristol magistrates and given a six-month conditional discharge, which means unless he reoffends within that period, he will not be punished for the breach.
