Car ploughs into house
RESIDENTS of a house in Yate were woken early by a car ploughing into their house and into the spare room.
Emergency services were called to North Road, Engine Common, at around 6.20am yesterday.
The driver, who was said to be shaken by the crash, was treated at the scene by paramedics.
Police are investigating the incident.
